Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund , credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt (delivery charges are non refundable). Subject to the following conditions:

Items are received in a resaleable condition.
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it in the event of a claim.
Kam Racing are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Products are not provided by Kam Racing on a trial basis. Any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please note that Kam Racing cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues or accept any responsibility for any consequential or indirect loss no matter how incurred.
Delivery to all UK Mainland addresses
All delivery charges displayed on the Kam Racing site are for UK Mainland only. If you require delivery of items to Northern Ireland and other EU destinations there may be a surcharge. For details of the additional charges contact the Kam Racing Sales Team before Placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, Kam Racing will issue a full refund for your items (excluding delivery charges).
Kam Racing are unable to re-send packages that are returned as undeliverable. If you still require the items you ordered, youґre welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact Kam Racing using this link
Why was my package undeliverable?
Your order may be undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to Kam Racing by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
- Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. All packages require a signature. If no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to Kam Racing.
Items sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery also require a signature. If no-one is present to accept delivery it will be returned to the local depot from where it will need to be collected. If uncollected within 14 days the package will be returned to Kam Racing.
Incorrect Parts
If we have supplied you with an incorrect part returned the item with a covernote explaining the error to:

Once we have recieved the parts we shall arrange for the correct part to be sent to you. If postage receipts are included we will reimburse any carriage costs incured
If you require a refund this will be sent once we have recieved the parts from you
If you require the correct part to be sent to you before we receive back the incorrectly supplied item we will require payment for the replacement part which will be immediately refunded when we receive the incorrect part back.
