Designed as a camshaft profile for everyday driving in all conditions; the Cat Cams 1323703 camshafts produce modest increases in valve lift and duration, in order to strike the right balance between driveability and performance. Cat Cams have placed a great emphasis on ensuring that the standard road friendly idle characteristics are maintained with the 1323703 camshafts. The Cat Cams 1323703 camshafts increases power by 12bhp, taking the car to 137bhp
The Cat Cams 1323703 camshaft set is for fast road and track day use and are a direct replacement for the standard camshafts. This camshaft set is easy to fit using standard timing marks.
The 1323703 camshafts can be used with OE followers, retainers and valve springs as well as the standard inlet manifold, but require an ECU remap to ensure correct fueling & ignition timing. Cars using these camshafts will have a steady idle and good emissions for MOT time. These Cat Cams 1323703 camshafts are not suitable to for the Citroen C2 VTR and GT models. These run a more restrictive manifold so cannot run the sharper camshaft profiles found on the Citroen C2 VTS models.
