The Thermo Tec Original Exhaust insulating wrap increases power and reduces both under bonnet and intake temperatures. By fitting this heat wrap to the exhaust manifold it maintains a hotter exhaust gas temperature. These exhaust gases are less dense and exit the system more efficiently resulting in increased exhaust scavenging.

This asbestos free heat wrap is able to withstand continuous temperatures of up to 2000°F. When properly installed a proprietary coating conducts heat across the wrap surface controlling heat build-up and dissipation, preventing over insulation of a system.

The Thermo Tec Original heat Wrap is available in widths of either 1 or 2 inches and is 1/16" (1.6mm) thick and comes in 50 foot (15m) rolls.
